For those of us old enough to remember September 11, 2001, it is a day we will always remember. Today marks the 25th anniversary of that devastating day, but 9/11 isn’t just once a year; it’s every time we think of the friends and family who didn’t come home after leaving the house that Tuesday morning. We remember them and the time we all had together. The emotional and psychological scars from that day will be a part of us forever. But the quarter century since has been an impressive story.
